Meet The Parent Coordinator

Welcome to our school! My name is Stephanie Rymer. I am the Parent Coordinator here at PS/MS 206.  A little about my background-I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. 

Growing up in the South Bronx, I witnessed the struggles students faced within the school system. From this experience, I have learned the importance of  meeting the needs of both children and their families. These experiences have allowed me to better relate to people and understand the issues within a  school community.

I have worked for the New York City Department of Education since 2017. I believe that each student has the potential for success. During my professional career I have worked within school communities to support parent engagement, community outreach and student achievement. It is both my goal and hope that my work will help others to lead full and enriched lives.
