🎵 Bronx Arts Ensemble Music Enrichment Program (Grades 3–8)

At PS/MS 206, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover their unique talents, express their creativity, and experience the joy of music. Through our valued partnership with the Bronx Arts Ensemble, students in Grades 3–8 are invited to participate in a FREE after-school instrumental music program that nurtures confidence, creativity, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

The program meets twice each week from 2:20 PM to 4:00 PM and provides students with hands-on instruction from talented professional musicians who introduce them to a variety of musical instruments in a fun, engaging, and encouraging environment. Whether your child is picking up an instrument for the very first time or already has musical experience, every student is welcome. Through personalized instruction, encouragement, and meaningful performance opportunities, students build confidence, develop new skills, and discover the joy of making music while being supported every step of the way.

Throughout the school year, students have exciting opportunities to perform for the school community and at special public events, culminating in a memorable end-of-year showcase at El Museo del Barrio. These performances allow students to celebrate their growth, share their talents, and create lasting memories with their families and peers.
